Where is Coolant Drain Plug on ab RX300?

Where is Coolant Drain Plug on ab RX300?
Does anyone know where the coolant drain plug on the engine block might be on an '01 RX300? I've had the bottom plastic cover off searching from below but not sure what it looks like? I assume you can only get to it from below. Thanks.
