Looking for a quality floor jack
I need a reliable floor jack that won't leak or break after a few uses. I heard Craftsman and Harbor Freights are Chinese imports and will leak oil pretty much out of the box. Also, it needs to be able to lift an RX350 and an IS250. So something that is low profile, lifts high and can hold enough weight is best. My budget is around $200, so no AC Hydraulics for me...
A few that I found out about are the
Arcan XL35(3.5 ton)
http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/w...ssearch=144236
AFF 200T(2 ton)
http://www.mile-x.com/aff-200t-floor-jack.aspx
And Ranger floor jacks on asedeals.com
The only useful thread on CL I found is this
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/mai...endations.html
How much should the weight rating be to lift an RX350? I heard it's something like 2/3 of the curb weight. Please help, I'm tired of using a scissor jack and the Walmart crap I bought, doesn't work.

Update: I received my Arcan XL35 floor jack on Wednesday. Let me tell you, this is my first professional floor jack that I ever owned/seen in person. It is massive, but it's great for what it does. I haven't really tested the low profile feature, but I did do a brake job on an RX350AWD and I was able to lift the whole rear without a problem. It lifts high, and I think I will need new jack stands because mine don't go up that high.
Even though it's 100lbs and may seem like it's hard to move around, it's actually pretty easy to position under the jack point. The saddle is about 3 times larger than what my Walmart jack had to offer. It literally takes up the whole rear diff jack point. It feels very sturdy, and the only noise you can hear is the spring, but it never feels like it's struggling even with an SUV. The release mechanism can be easily controlled to lower the vehicle as slow as you want it to.
One more bonus, if you can find it at your local Costco, it will only run you $99 plus tax. I payed more than double of that ($216), because I had to order online+shipping, but it's worth every penny. Also, it comes with a one year warranty as standard, but I heard you can get a lifetime replacement plan if you get it from Costco(as a member). Every part can be bought/replaced, so it's easy to fix...unlike those cheap Harbor Freight/Craftsman jacks.
This is definitely the best investment I made so far for my "DIY" car maintenance.

Sorry to bump this thread but I have two jacks from Costco, the aluminum blue arcan one (3tons) and the red (3.5tons) heavy duty one and they have BOTH HAVE BEEN GREAT! I believe they each cost 100 bucks. The blue one is like 60 lbs and very maneuverable and the red one is 100 lbs but not too bad. At my costco they still sell the red Arcan one but no more of the blue one.
