NO, the dealership can not void your warranty for a product they not only recommed, they sold to you. They actually would rather you buy it from them, and have it installed by them. Of course you will be then paying 4x the amount of money.

That's not the whole story. I have ordered L-Tuned suspension parts (shocks, springs) through the dealer at L-tuned list (10% over street) and he will install all for $320 labor. I will also get complete wheel alignment for $100. I don't think you will do much better from non-dealer, and you have someone to go back to if something is not right. I know some dealers charge more (one quoted me $1200), but you can probably find one that will treat you right.

L-Tuned is factory warrantied equipment. If the installation is done at a Lexus dealer, then the installation, too, is warrantied.
The following is copied directly from www.L-tuned.com:
"All L-Tuned components are available for purchase and installation by participating Lexus dealers. When installed by Lexus dealers, L-Tuned components are covered by one of the strongest limited warranties available - one that compliments your Lexus warranty. The components are warranted for the remainder of the vehicle's warranty through any franchised Lexus dealer. See dealer for details."
