Window leak

Window leak
The last time i washed my car, i noticed that my left rear window was leaking a lil bit. Well, i just took all the paneling off, and i have pinpointed the leak. The pics below show where it is coming from, and it is just one lil stip of water (about 1 cm wide) that runs down the inside of the window when it gets wet. My questions: Is there any way that i can fix this myself (any pruducts for minor leaks, etc.) and if so, how? or should i take it someplace and get it fixed professionally? I was planning on getting my windows tinted this weekend but then remembered this lil problem, but could a tint shop be able to fix it?

Get some clear silicone sealant from Home Depot.
Take the pieces apart fully. Let it dry.
Use the silicone to seal the leak. Let dry and cure, and then break out the garden hose and see if that fixed the problem.
If so, put it all back together.
Hope that helps.

taking it apart fully, as in taking the window out??? Lemme try to describe this area again (i was in a hurry the 1st time): On the window, the glass has two places on the back where there are these prong like things. They are thin and not plastic, but are part of the window. One is located in the bottom corner of the window and the other one is loc. near the top. At these two areas, there is a lil more sealer than along the rest of the window. I was wondering if there is any way, i could trim back some sealant and refill it. Sorry if this is VERY confusing to understand/follow, but its kinda hard to explain w/o pics.

...sounds like those are parts that could be replaced... I can't envision what it looks like... hrm.
You might talk to a parts guy at Lexus and see if those are replaceable gaskets or something...
Good luck.
