Red Line SI-1, Lubro Moly Jectron, or Chevron Techron.
But I am a firm believer in prevention>cure, use good gas like Chevron and less crap like Arco and you won't need additives.

Lubro Moly (or Liqui Moly as it is known in Mexico) is an excellent group of products.

Smooth Idle On Gs400/430
Someone mentioned that they have a rough idle on a GS430. That is odd to me.
You should not have a rough idle on a stock GS400/430. If your car is not modified, it should be smooth as silk. I had a rough idle that I thought was an engine miss. It turns out that I had broken motor mounts. There are many threads on this.
I have 170,000 miles on my 99 GS400, and my idle is smooth whether my A/C is on or off. There is no fluctuation of idle speed whatsoever, regardless of transmission gear selection. I think there are a few reasons for this.
I keep my throttle body clean, and I removed the K&N oiled air filter I used to have. I moved back to stock paper filter.
My oil stays cleaner longer, as well as my throttle body. I use good gas. NO ARCO, and I use AMSOIL injector cleaner/ performance improver.
I am due for a timing belt change at 180,000 miles, and I will change that and get another set of TorqueMaster Spark plugs. They have been in almost 90,000 miles, and is the best spark plug I have ever had.
Just my observations, and my experiences.

Gumout Regane FTW! I use it sparingly, maybe once a year. Pour it in, fill up and go for a LOOOOONG drive. Regane is the only one I've used where I actually felt a difference. Not much was felt in a clean car (I never noticed anything in my SC300) but in the minivan... wow. My MPG went up, and idled smoother. I could also use regular gas. It had been knocking on regular so we were using 89. I did 2 tank fulls and went to pick up my sister in Ohio for summer college break. I think if you take good care of your car, any of these cleaners will keep it clean. In a neglected car (the minivan is our beater) only the Regane had a noticeable effect. IMHO of course.

Nice to stumble into this thread as I have had a bit of history with Redline SI-1 of late.
From years of history with Miata's the common wisdom is that a full bottle of Redline SI-1 will boost fuel economy. Do it about every two or three months.
So now I have a SC with a nice trip computer. 45000 miles on it and I get about 18.6 mpg around town.
I popped the full bottle of Redline SI-1 injector cleaner in a full tank of gas (just before refilling), and now, near the end of the tank my mpg is 20.6.
Do the math. That's a saving of one gallon of gas. Cost of the treatment $6. Price of a gallon of gas in Canada - about $5. The treatement will only get repeated every two or three months, over which time my mpg will trend back down towards the 18.6 undoubtedly.
But that's a pretty good return to me. I'll vote for Redline out of ignorance as I've never tried the others. But Redline is doing something demonstrable to me.

Real Injector Cleaning is Done Off the Car
I am putting in some 700cc Denso injectors into my SC 2jzgte single. They are from a SupraForums member. The injectors have been sent in for a real cleaning that is far superior by any magnitude of measure fuel additive style cleaners. The difference is like that of using mouthwash and floss and never seeing a dentist for a real cleaning (can't believe i said that).
Typically injectors flow balance can vary 4% or more, after cleaning they are typically flow balanced less than 1% variance. When they are returned, they look new, anything that can be replaced has been replaced, ei. filter baskets, o-rings, pintle caps. They have been tested for leaks, spray pattern and flow rate and subjected to three ultrasonic cleanings and high pressure back-flush to remove particles.
Cost $18 each x 6 by Witchhunter Performance, who I highly recommend. Worth a read: http://www.witchhunter.com/methods1.php4
btw, Witchhunter suggests Techron twice a year for injector maintenance.
