Default Question to the forum on Air Conditioning

I have a SC 400 92, I was looking for the filler valve (for the air condtioning), the only one that I could find was on the compressor. Is that the right one??? .. The 92's take R-12..... Right???

Thanks and have a Great Day!

Are you looking for the low pressure side to add R-12?

The low pressure side is below the intake on the passenger side on a tube attached to the engine bay. High side is near the radiator. R-12 needs a permit and you will still pay out the a$$. Do a conversion and replace with Freeze 12. Enviro safe, and better cooling than r134a. Any auto store should carry the conversion, and should find the Freeze 12 online. Best bet. I have done this to my car and I live in the South.
