snow tires
Hello everyone
Got a 2013 lx570 and I'm wondering if anyone here is running snow tires. I had a 2008 lx and was disappointed in how it handled in the snow. My 2013 is just as bad.
Does anyone think this truck is bad in the snow?
thx

Every passenger vehicle needs winter tires if you want it to perform very well on snow or ice. I wouldn't consider driving my LX570 through a harsh northern winter on anything but dedicated winter tires.
Not many options in the 285/50R20 size but the Tundra/Sequoia 275/55R20 fits perfectly and offers far more selection.

When I had my 2004 LX470, I had no problems in the snow with Michelin Latitude Tour even in the worst of conditions.
But my LX 570 2010 sucks even with little snow! Anyone know why?

Did you need s the stock rims and tire size 285/50 20 or did you drop down to 275/55 20? I have looked for other options but not many that I can see. Any hep would be great. This Maine winter has been bad so far and I drive a lot.

Put on a set of BFG AT/KO2’s I have 285/55/20’s. Quiet and solid.
