For something that is not changed very often I would stick with factory Denso plugs which have been proven by the factory.

Many Toyota's and Honda's use either Denso or NGK from the factory. Both are quality brands of spark plugs.
In my opinion Denso is higher quality then Bosh.

Cheapest I can find the Denso's is 13 bucks apiece on Fleabay. 104 dollars for a set with free shipping.

It's worth it especially since these are parts that are changed only twice or thrice during the life of the engine. You should stay with the manufacture brand of spark plug. This is not to say going with a different brand of spark plug will cause you any trouble but you eliminate that possibility for peace of mind.

Hi, according to Eric the Car Guy, an auto mechanic expert, who does youtube videos on car repairs, you must use the manufactured recommended spark plugs because the engine is designed around the spark plug. Check out his video on this.

This is true to some extent but it does not mean that you "must use", it depends.
I have changed out the Denso Iridium spark plugs for NGK copper plugs in my other Toyota and it ran better. The reason being that copper is a better conductor but the problem is, it will have to be changed out a lot sooner.

Before we get into a big debate about this copper plug nonsense, it was a mystery that was observed by many on our car forum until someone who was tuning with a stand alone data logged (documented) the difference.

For a car like the LS it's best to not play around and stick with the manufactures spark plug because as I have mentioned Denso is top notch quality including their oil filters that are cheaper then they should be.
