AC Filter Replacement
I am trying to replace AC filter on my 08 LS460L and it seems so easy in the instructions. That is if you can get the damn shelf out, I read that if you work at it, it will just slide out. Not mine, I have the AC in recirc but it seems as if there are hidden screws holding it in. I am afraid to really force anything. Am I missing something?
Thanks
Doug

Stick your hand under the shelf, palm up, shelf-support-leg between your middle finger and ring finger, and gently then lift up. You will know what to do from there.

I believe it has to be on recirculate first. I've replaced mine and it wasn't on recirculate and now it takes up to a minute upon start before I can use it. Something with the door hinge.

Thanks very much for the replies. I did have it in recirc but it took a bit more than gentle pressure. I imagine the dealer really put it in there when they changed the filter last.
