!! 2012 New Year Resolutions !!
Happy new year fellow LS'ers!! Now we all have some new year resolutions, for example one of my personal goals is to loose a good 50lbs in 6 months which I am starting right away
Now my goal for my LS is to eventually do a full stereo upgrade for the LS (stock premium system is getting to me) which is basically my only car related goal other than a top secret project that I am working on.
So I was wondering what you guys might have as some goals for 2012 whether it be personal (only if you want to share) or car related

As for that top secret upgrade to the LS, are you planning to swap in a 5.7L from the tundra in there, and maybe the TRD supercharger for it on top?
New years resolutions for me --> well, I want to start with focusing on spending more devoted time in prayer, more focus on being a better husband, and more focus on being a better father to my two sons. I'm not saying that I'm bad in those areas, but I think I would be fooling myself if I didn't think that I owe it to them to be more.
Happy New Year!!!

losing 50 lbs in 6 months is totally doable. Losing weight is 80% what you're eating, and 20% or less in exercise. The exercise is what you do to condition your body and build some muscle. Losing fat is a pretty simple solution. If you haven't heard of it, I highly recommend you go to www.myfitnesspal.com and set up an account. It's free, and simple to use, and there's an app for just about any smart phone out there for it too. It makes tracking your calories and the macronutrients you're eating super simple, and that accountability is what it takes to make sure you're on target for calories to lose weight. It's simple math.
