A few things.....
I'm thinking of buying a LS460L and I would like to know a few things
1. Does it come with an active suspension?
2. Are the infrared sensors for the A/C just for the rear passengers? What if no one is sitting in the rear seats, then how do they work?
3. Is the washer fluid/wipers heated?
4. Does the dynamic cruise control work in stop and go traffic like the MB
S550? Can it brake by itself at all?

Ah, just posted but 460Lex beat me to it.
2. IIRC, the infrared sensors are for the rear seat, and measure both the seat temperature and the forehead temperature of the occupant. Should the seats not be occupied, I assume then the A/C will revert to 'default' mode
3. I am not aware of the heated washer fluid feature on Lexus vehicles; they are available however on the S 550, GM luxury cars such as the Lucerne and Cadillac. http://www.forbesautos.com/advice/to...her-fluid.html There may be an aftermarket version.
4. Dynamic cruise control on the LS 460 L does not brake in stop and go traffic like the S 550. It will however slow down and can be set distance in several modes; plus it has the near collision/approach warning system in most packages.

There is no active seat feature (where the seat will move up an down on its own) that I am aware of.
As for the brake lights, the emergency brake signal feature is only available on EU-market LS 460s, I think that's related.
