I keep going back and forth about jumping on this. From your pics, it looks like I'm sitting about as low as you are. I'd love to have this thing, but I'm nervous about spending $400 on such a rare peice and then it getting ripped off the car the first gas station I pull into. My factory bumper scrapes all the time already. How durable is this thing? I'm guessing it's made out of the same material as the bumper?
Yes the lip is very durable (polyurethane) so it's very flexible. For how many mounting points this lip has, you don't have anything to worry about ripping it off.
