Default Clicking noise on right-turns disappeared

There was a clicking noise (from outside the cabin) when I made 90-degree right turns. Was going to take the car (2005 LS430) in to see if something had happened, but instead, took it in for my TB+WP service. I also had them do a 4-wheel alignment and tire rotation, and now no clicking noise on right turns anymore!
What could the original problem noise have been?

How long had that been going on? Only clicks I've heard are from rocks that get stuck in the tire tread.. maybe your clicky tire was rotated out of your hearing range???

Or probably something to do with your alignment.. though not sure how. As long as it's gone I'd forget about it.

It may be the CV joint wearing out. Lifting the car may have 'settled' the problem. I suspect the clicking will come back.

The clicking sound started a couple of weeks prior to the recent wheel alignment.
Hmm.. a rock stuck in the tire threads? Never thought about that one... I'll inspect all tires closely.
Would a CV joint problem be detectable by Toyota dealer technicians when they did a brake/suspension inspection, or is it more subtle and only noticeable when something actually "breaks"?

And I'll post here if I hear the sound again.
