Most post that mentioned the vsc coming on and the car going into limp-mode, they spoke of it being p1345, and oil control valve. After AutoZone's check, the cel was for code p1305, an ignition coil valve. It was near the same location and of similar steps, especially the ease of pulling out the wires at the top of the valve by mistake, I was finally able to replace the ignition coil valve. I bought their part, though I wanted an OEM part, but its hot here in Las Vegas, and I need my car. The part was $80, and had to remove the air extension in front of the radiator, the air-filter extension, and some other part that was on the upper bank pass side of the engine to pull the ignition coil. I'm not handy in repairing my ls, but thanks to some of the posts, I got enough info to do this. Have to remember to move tools to a location so that they don't fall into the bottom section of engine, cause it can take hours to get them out, especially when you don't have a decent 2 1/2 ton floor jack. I had to remove the plastic bottom cover and search with magnetic wand. Took over an hour to find 3 tools, lol.
