Default Winter wheel fitment: RX330/350 wheels

Did a search but didn't get anything definitive. I have a chance to purchase a set of 18" RX330 or 19" HIghlander wheels as my winter beaters Will these clear the brakes without spacers?

You have to find out the highlander specs yourself.

Offset should not be a problem on a stock Toyota wheel. Bolt pattern and disk height are the most important. 5x114.3 is our bolt pattern. The 19's have the best chance on clearing without a problem. Only the front would be a potential issue. This is why you test fit.
