So I was washing the car and while I was cleaning up I had this great idea to open all windows by the remote. All windows and moon roof opened and before I knew, the alarm was going off.

First time this happened to me. I tried everything, even starting the engine. So after I stuck the key in the door, it stopped.

But here is the thing: the window of the left rear door won't close anymore. Also the soft-close function doesn't work. Seems like the computer ignores the whole door.

Also, the car won't start because of the alarm/immobiliser. Maybe the system 'thinks' someone want to force into the car.

What can I do?

Note: I can temporarily shut the alarm off so I can start the car. My plan is to call Lexus and see if they can help me right away. If not, I am screwed.

One idea. Find the fuse replace it and while holding the window button down slam the door. Common fix on the es330

Thanks for your input.

I took the car to the Lexus dealer and there was a faulty cable. They replaced the cable and fuse, everything works fine now.

They drove me to my office while I left my car there and they also picked me up and drove me to the dealer. I like the service

The labor was pretty cheap too: 63 euro. Can't complain about it
