My alignment guy was great. Even after it was set to factory specs, my car was pulling slightly. Turns out it was uneven tire were from being lowered. Then they pull the tires off the rims and swap sides to even out the wear. Car now is perfect, I could literally drive hands free on a straight roads. Sorry, don't have the specs for the alignment though.

Well this is an old thread but relevant.
I took my 04 LS430 UL and got 4 brand new tires. Michelin AS3+. Rides much quieter but had a slight vibration at 55+. Took it back in and was told one of the tires was improperly done. So they re-did it. Still (less) I have a slight vibration at 55+.
So back into the shop and now they are saying I need two rear camber and a front caster replacement. My Lexus two weeks before did a alignment and said nothing. And this same shop was the one who did tell me a clunking noise was due to a rack and pinion for $1890 when instead it was steering component for $700.
But these two items affect castor, how much the wheel is ahead or back. And looking at how much they say it is off, I'm skeptical. And how much should this cost for parts and than labor?

I'd say your issue is printed right at the top of that paper... "Thank you for choosing Pep Boys" lol. I'd go somewhere else and see what they say.
