see if a obd2 scanner can tell you whats wrong. i had a 02 Q45 that it happened to. it seems that it was a ABS sensor that went bad but i would assume the abs light would be on also.

I think Wildace answered your question to some extent. Have the stored error code(s) read and take the appropriate action.
An endless list of issues can cause the CEL and VSC/Trac warnings ... TPS/PPS, battery, etc., etc. -- way too many to guess at the cause.
Yes, the car is "safe" to drive. I wouldn't want to drive without VSC and Trac in the snow or even in rain but I'm guessing you don't have that problem as much in UAE.

Hey Guyz Well I took ma Ride to an outside dealer ( a small shop -Lexus Specialist ) and they charged me 28$ for the computer test and the problem what it said was as follows :-
Bank 2 O2 Sensor 2 ..its on the right side under da passenger seat ..they said its not the manifold sensor its under da front passenger seat its the 2nd o2 sensor ...
well for a new o2 sensor its for 100 $ and for fixing it another 55 $
and then the vsc message would go offf and they do tuning for OEM hydraulic setting too ..lowering the car as i want it ..i.e i wouldnt need to buy an air data controller

I think its basically the same answer when you get one of these codes. Take it in and get the code read - in most cases the code will specify which part is broke and needs repair or replacement. Until you get the code read and come back with a specific defined problem no one can comment or provide thoughts.

On GM cars, it requires something like three full-temp operating cycles to clear the gas cap code. Each cycle consists of starting the car when cold, driving the car, and allowing the coolant to reach full operating temperature before shutting it off.
Ford has a better idea on my Lincoln: a dedicated idiot light for the gas cap.
