First thing I'd suggest is inspect ALL the tail lamp and 3rd brakelight bulbs (both brake pedal depressed and w/o brake) and replace the one that is likely burnt out.

Its already discussed in a ddiffrent thread,
you may have all lights working and the warning still on,
make sure the bulbs you just replaced have the same spec as the lexus ones,
if you replaced the bulbs with a generic ones, they work, but wont trigger the warning message off,,,,,go to a toyota/Lexus dealer get the original ones, it will cost you 2 $ more for the bulb, but the warning will be off,,,

I already checked and one of the brake lights occasionally goes out, so if I replace it with sylvannia 7443 bulbs the warning light won't go out? I have to go to the stealer?
