Default Took a 1200 Mi trip this week- some observations

Just took my first business trip in my newly aquired 2000 CPO Millenium Silver LS. I drove 1200 miles Tues PM thru Fri AM from NH Seacoast to Buffalo, up toToronto and back via Canadian route. The LS is certainly very comfortable for long stretches. You can also drive very fast in Canada on the QEW between Toronto and Kingston. Speed limit is 100kM/hr, what a joke. I was doing 140-150KM/hr ( 90-95MPH) and had people passing me with flapping fenders and all.

My entire trip averaged 29.1MPG's and 54MPH average speed. I am quite impressed with this vehicle.

The LS is a nice long distance car to drive. I took ours up last April from So. Cal to Eugene, Oregon and it was a pleasure. I can't sit on an airplane longer than 40 minutes before I'm hurting. I did two 8 hour pulls in the car with no problem. (Too bad I didn't have more CD's to listen to. )

I really enjoy driving it, it is just too bad that I want to be conscious of the milage. This is a car I could very easy drive it 20K+ miles a year.
