got the root cause, it was a blown head gasket. The other day on my way to work in the morning. the car suddenly lost its power. it ran as if it had only 2 cylinders operational.
pressure tests showed 2 cylinders lost compression (only 7kpa or below, while others got 11 to 13). I decided to get the cam blocks removed. Head gasket was blown, coolant came into cylinders and got burned there. that was why I was losing coolant.
I bought a head gasket set and got it replaced. no coolant loss now. solved it.
Thanks guys for your recommendations and advises. I am happy now. Cheers
