LS440, what year? Is the noise the same when you go thru the gears, P, N, D idle.

I do apologize but in order for me to understand the problem, I need to first understand the question.

Alright, I had an issue with the fan clutch bracket. Got it replaced along with a new belt and a battery. Once the repairs were done, the car started right up. Now there is an unknown noise coming from the engine. I'm 90% sure its not coming from the engine. My neighbor thinks its a bad pulley. I'm having difficulty uploading the video. you guys have any ideas what this could be?

with that said.

By fan bracket- do you mean fan clutch?
Does the noise go up as the RPMs in the engine go up?
turn the wheel left/right, does the noise change in pitch

Remove the serpentine belt idler pulley and tensioner pulley, holding it in your hand, spin it. You will know immediately if the pulley bearings are bad.

sounds like a bearing in the idler pulley.
