My 98 LS400 started running rough with the p1346 code coming up.The timing belt was just done 3700 miles ago. Then the p1349 code came up? Any help would be appreciated!

The shop is telling me it was a crank position sensor that got moisture on it due to inspection cover/plug being off? Anyone think this is plausible?

Strangely enough the problem turns out to be the oil control valve on bank one! I pulled them both and cleaned them with the help from this site. The car ran great..... For ten miles or so then the check engine light came back on and the car ran really rough. This all started after a very hard braking situation. Thanks for the help!
