Is it 96 or 98? It makes a difference. I think the dealer can make the keys (expensive) with the VIN but you have to show proof it's your car, like the registration or title. But if you use the search feature at top of page you will get lots of info on where and how to get the keys, and program them. Here's a start; https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...y-dilemma.html

when I had my 97, and only one key, I bought one off ebay, cheap, and sewell cut it for me free, and I programed it with this...
Key Programming
1. Close all doors.
2. Insert an already programmed key into the ignition.
3. Turn the key from the OFF to On and back OFF FIVE (5) times.
4. Open and close the drivers door SIX (6) times.
5. Remove the original key from the ignition.
6. Insert the new key you want to program into the ignition.
7. Wait 1 minute. The security light will be blinking for this one minute. When it stops blinking your key is programmed. To end programming step on brake one time.
IF you need to program a FOB, let me know. 95-97 didnt have fob keys.

if this is the case....go to a junkyard and find a car that has the master key in it, and pull every key cylinder out of the car....ignitinion, both doors, trunk, glove box, and the rom from the trunk. doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me......heck, I wouldnt even do it.
