Fairly certain that it mounts towards the passenger headlight into the Power Steering pump.

Crazimofo,

The Idle Air Control Valve and Power Steering Idle up Valve are different things. The Power Steering Idle Up Valve is attached to the power steering pump. The Idle Air Control Valve is right at the center of your engine. See attached picture.

Where is the idle up valve that can stop me from losing ps fluid & stop the smoke. Replace the high pressure hose and a new ps pump .smoke stop for 3 days as well as the leak, back again it;s a nightmare. Can some one break it down to a dummy.

It's good that you searched but next time do a little better. Posted in a wrong thread, which is 5 yrs old. Check the first link that AzHotLS posted and you'll find all your power steering fluid issues.
