Default auto ac not working fully after alarm install

hey guys I just got an aftermarket remote start alarm system installed by a professional shop this weekend. Like the title says my AC is working fine when not on the "auto" setting. When I switch it to auto it goes to the foot vents and to medium fan speed only. I cant figure out why this would be different after an alarm install but maybe you guys would have some ideas??Thanks

If the shop was "professional" you wouldn't be having this problem. Why ask us? Take it back to the shop that messed it up.

Might be simple but since we can't see what they have done, it would be a guessing game for us.

What year LS?

With all the electronics, it is much more than taking a tester and checking what is hot when ACC-On. Alarm is routed through the climate control harness and is being routed by the climate control ECU. When you push door lock, it now switches to <DEF> mode. Hahaha

But it's not funny...
