Just bought my first Lexus
I pick up my first Lexus last week:
2002 LS 430, Parchment Crystal, ecru leather with golden birds-eye maple, Euro-tuned sports suspension, NAV/Mark Lev package, Lexus Link, and Chrome 17" wheels for $54,800 (= invoice price). I was originally planning to trading my 97 MB E320 for a new S430; but, once I test drove the LS and heard the price, I was sold.
I tried out the NAV system this week and it was amasingly accurate for a tiny street in a newly developed industrial area. I especially love how quiet the car is; I often don't turn on the stereo just to enjoy the quietness while driving. The voice command is a little quirky, but I don't the see the point of using it anyway.
So far so good.
