For those who have a single subwoofer box in their trunk would you mind showing me how you secured it? In my previous car (subaru impreza) I had strapped it to my rear strut tower bar and it didn't move at all. Velcro and that sort of stuff really doesn't work so well and I don't want to bolt it to the trunk floor (trying not to create any long term damage) but would like to prevent it from moving around while driving of course. Thanks.
I'm having a single 10" in a ported box and the installers will be using velcro as they do with all their installs.........this is Future Shop and an installer that's been at it for 20 years

It's just that with even industrial velcro or the type you could buy at your local hardware store never stuck very well for me.
There's nothing wrong with the velcro idea. No need to drill holes needlessly. I had the box in my STi secured with velcro and it stayed in place on track & autox days.
If you do drill make sure to paint the edges so it doesn't rust.
