I crossed some wires while wiring some stuff up and flew my fuse for my turn signals and marker lights, the turn signal bulbs were blown before so I'm not positive if they actually work yet.

What fuse is it for the turn signals?

I looked at the box under the dash and found one that is labeled "turn" is this it or what? I changed the fuse but nothing happened, (maybe that fuse was blown as well but it doesn't look like it at all) Majority of the other fuses for headlights are under the hood.

Any ideas?

Do you here the relay click?
does pressing the hazard button do anything ?

check ur user manual .
in LS400 2000 model it is located under driver side fuse box.
