Does anybody have a '98-'00 on H&R or Eibachs?
..That is using stock struts. I'm interested in retaining most of the factory ride but stiffening up the handling some. My struts are pretty much new and I'd like to lower the car some, therefore these two options came to mine. The last option and most expensive would be to opt for '95-00 Megans.

Most of us went with the Megans and are very happy with them. I only know of two people that didn't like them. One got another brand of coilovers and the other returned to stock.
Another thing to think about is when using stock struts you could be increasing the chance of blowing them with lowering springs. The majority of people I see with springs at least have sportier aftermarket struts that are designed with lowering springs in mind.
