Default Power steering leak question

I have a power steering leak. I top up the fluid reservoir every couple of weeks. A new alternator was put in about a year ago.

The Lexus dealer suggests I replace the high-pressure power steering hose. Does this sound correct? Would a leaking p/s hose affect my alternator, or is the leak likely from the pump itself (or possibly both)?

Thank you kindly.
