Changing hids on hid equiped cars
Has any1 change the factory hid bulb to an aftermarket bulb i.e(the 1's on ebay) I want a blue color like an 10000k instead of the factory 4300. Does any1 have any tips?

no because 10000k hids light up the road about as well as a 20year old halogen headlight.
read up buddy, the higher the color temperature (in kelvin) the lower the actual light output in Lumens.
generally, you dont wanna go over ~6000k, anything more is just too much loss of output.

Xenondepot.com has 8000k OEM replacement bulbs with the OEM D2R/D2S base. Generic aftermarket HID kits typically have three separate wire connections coming off the base. Here's a pic of the OEM bulb base.
