problem with oxygen sensor '91
I had a code 28 on my 91 ls400 that the oxygen sensor on the right before the catalytic converter was bad so I replaced it. Right after that the car still stalled and a code 24 came back saying intake air temperature trouble area; open or short in the intake air sensor circuit. Help me please. Where is this sensor located at and can anyone provide a picture of it and advise what I need to do to clear this code? I really need your help because the person who has my car doesn't take anything about this sensor and I've been without the car for a month.

Hi sorry for the delay.
O2 sensors should be replaced as a pair.
Anyway, Air intake sensor (MAF) is located 4 inches downstream from the air filter. Its in a metal housing with a wire clip on it. Maybe its loose. Its very delicate, dont try to clean it or drop it.
Dont leave your car with someone who does not know what he is doing.
Codes can be cleared with unhooking the battery for some time.
