Hi, does anyone know how to prevent my brakes from squeaking when cold?
The brakepad thickness and rotor is fine!

did u properly lube the pads and are the shims in place?

I haven't had the car for so long.. about 2 months. In those 2 months the front brakes has been squeaking, but has gotten worse. I'm not sure if the shims are in place, but I was told that in late 1993 there were a new type of brakepad on lexus market to prevent the squeaking issue. Maybe I should just buy a new set of brakepads and get the rotors machined.
