Hey you guys with the older LS's I have currently recived a E-mail from MO at Swift Racing and they are in the progress of making HFI Intake for or older LS's.

But i do not know about the ECU part.Do you think the HFI Intake from swift would make a bigger gain then a adapter and intake setup?

I thought he was just making one for the 2nd and 3rd gen LS and not the first?

To answer your question if he does make a ECU for it, it will involve adjusting the fuel ratio to flow better with the air intake.
Which means better HP gains on hard driving over just a air intake attachment.
If it is similar to the GS and SC HFI then you will see a gain of around 20 HP over just 5-10 HP on just a air intake.

I really hope he does make one for us 1st gen LS.

Well, in my E-mail put 90-94 LS 400's and Mo said they are working on one for the older LS's right now.So i suppose they are.I truly hope so.

Plue isn't the 90-94 and 95-97 LS's have the same engine but a 10hp difference?

If anyone gets the details on model year availability PLEASE post it. 2 months ago I had asked Mo if he would sell me just the MAF to TB tube and adaptor. He declined. Again, good news.

Mo said they are currently in the process of making it for the older models!
