I would like to know where I can purchase just the Fog lamp assembly for the first Gen LS.
The problem is, the headlight assembly is intact. so is the facia of the fog lamps. but behind the assembly the part the housing for the fog bulbs are missing. I asked the dealer and they said they only sell the whole assembly. which I don't need.
Can someone provide me some info where to buy them ? i need both left and right ones.

Try E-bay. I just recently saw them there. Do a search on Lexus LS-400. Review all items until you get to headlights/foglights. You wont be disappointed with price if you find one there.

I tried, but the only items I saw for sale were the full headlight aftermarket assembly.
My other question is .. would a 93-94 headlight assembly fit a 90-92 LS ? is it a perfect fit or would any modifications be needed ? I know that the bulb wirings are different. but besides that are the bolts etc the same location ?

I dont know about interchangeability for those years...Ask the dealer about that or a junkyard.
