Default whining noise

hey guys i have a 2010 ls460L awd, i noticed maybe a couple months ago that when i accelerate i hear a whining noise. if i let go of accelerator it goes away, push it again and there goes the noise instantly. i tried to do some google searches and it kept popping up for other lexus models and it usually mentioned something about power steering fluid, but our steering is electric. if anybody can chime in i'd greatly appreciate it

My case (2010 base), it was the main belt.

There are other threads on transmission whine. Likely culprits are the transmission pump or the transmission itself. It is not a common problem, but Lexus may pay to fix it.

I had this during moderate to hard acceleration while it was cold. Once the fluid warmed up it would go away.
