There's nothing to find. That part is all one piece and comes pre-painted. You can buy it and have it painted I suppose. If you want to try and find some aftermarket stick on part just search eBay for "Lexus chrome mirror trim" or something.

I would think someone who is good with vinyl wrap could just use a chrome wrap on a stock ES mirror and have it come out pretty good for $10 or less in parts.
