The 2007 model had 3 recalls, valve spring replacement, idler pulley and fuel rail replacements. If you buy a car that hasn't had these done, Lexus will still preform them for free. The valve spring replacement will take a day or two to complete, but Lexus will give you a loaner, a $500 credit and the dealer will give you a full tank of gas (so bring it in empty

at the moment my air suspension seems stiff like it's constantly in "sport". . . car jumps around over some bumps and can be quite jarring. trying to get a second opinion with the tech in the car.
I think/hope that it is only just my sensors going bad as i only have 18,760 miles. . .
