So Orange got back to me very quickly and said this;
"We have recently updated our application guide. Our part number OEC-2 or TO33011 is listed to replace the OE part number 42607-33021 which should be the OE on a 2011 and 2012 Lexus LS460."

Awesome! Orange seems like they are on their game..this is the perfect setup for us with multiple wheel sets. I wonder how the car reacts if it seems 9 different sensors..1 spare and 4 pairs of two same frequencies when your other set is sitting in the garage ..know what I mean?
