Default Brake fluid change (not by the book)

Removed the plastic cover and placed an adapter over the master cylinder reservoir after I removed and replenished the fluid with a turkey baster first.
Filled the machine up with DOT3 and set it around 20psi.
Hooked the service hose up, put it up in the air and cracked the bleeders one by one. Job was done in about twenty minutes.
So I decided to go ahead and hook my car up to the brake fluid machine despite not being exactly 100% sure it was the right move, but it seemed to be like any car, straight forward and fine. No issues. No techstream needed - although I did have a scan tool ready to do any necessary bleeding just in case air came into play. Hooked the machine up...set it at 18 psi, and cracked the bleeders starting with the right rear and worked my way forward. Car feels amazing! Brakes beyond my wildest dreams (just kidding, but it feels/stops the same).

I use a MOTIVE pressure bleeder on my all other cars (with ABS) and it is "basically the same" type of bleed as you are doing and it is very easy. I do not know if MOTIVE sells a Lexus LS adapter for their bleeder, but I will find out soon.
Good write up with pix!

I was a little worried it wasn't going to work, but no issues. Finding the right adapter is key, wish they all were the same.

MOTIVE only has a "universal adapter" (Motive part #1101 cost $27.95) with hooks and a chain for securing the adapter to the reservoir for Toyota and Lexus...... They say it may or may not work for these LS cars.

I just looked at the part online, I think it'd be a tough fit. It'd be tough to get it around the reservoir, in my opinion.

YES..... after looking at the "strap on adapter" that is my thought also.
