don't mean to bump up a old thread, Im assuming this will function same as the park lamps.
is there any we can function this as a DRL ? is it possible to put the drl bulb socket into the swoosh pattern socket ?

not exactly.. the drl is also the high beam. only dimmed thru pwm (pulse width modulation) but u wire the Nikes as drl's by linking them to the ign circuit (i used fused relays)
last pic was with my old bulbs.. 1st 3are with my new bulbs

This thread has tons of good information. I can't remember which ones exactly but it was what was discussed in here. Probably the ones that were discussed towards the end are the latest and best ones. GL

Yes, as PhatdDad stated, the lights that Kevinls460 used should work fine, especially if you desire to go with the easiest, most straightforward route, without wire splicing, taping and adhesives. A 194 LED would be the way to go.
Good luck!

I've found that when buying lighting products, it's better to pay a bit more up front and get a better quality piece (and I'm cheap, so I don't say that lightly ).
The saying Caveat Emptor (Let the buyer beware) comes to my mind when dealing with them. I'd pay a bit more just for something proven just for the fact that it's not a piece of cake to change these bulbs.
They are advertised as being Cree's though and they are good led's, but I just don't have much good to say about DDM Tuning.
By the way, DDM does sell some nice Lexus valve stem caps for a good price and they worked great.
If you buy them, Please let us know how they work out.

i did it without removing the whole bumper.. remove the grill (1) 10mm socket. the remove the plastic clips holding grille on each corner.then its easy as pulling the grille forward gently as u release the locking tabs (4).. once the grille is out you'll see a plastic trim w foam tucked behind the bumper trim on either side of the grille opening.bend it down then you'll see 2 wiring harnesses unclip them or bend the metal tabs holding them in place an you'll see the bulb socket reach in an turn it counterclockwise an pop the socket out.
