I own an 2002 Ultra with an air suspension and have infrequently driven LS 430's with the regular suspension. To be honest, I can't tell any handling or ride difference. My Ultra has been in the shop 3 times for suspension work, under warranty. If I had not had the CPO warranty, I would have been out around $4000.00. Personnally, I will never own another car with an Air suspension.

We've got the UL and there is a noticeable difference between the regular vs normal setting, and regular vs sport setting.
I can't comment on the Euro Suspension though, never driven one hard.
I think the ability to go from sport to normal is worth the price itself. I've been lucky and have never had issues with my air suspension.
My old X5 though, it did have issues and so does my dads SL. So it's now like I'm a lucky charm
