99 LS Rear Suspension Help
I have been driving the LS around now for the past 1000 miles or more. Car has 159k miles on it now. Brand new tires with lifetime alignment.
Front end was loose, so I replaced the very worst components. I replaced the bad outer tie rod ends and the strut arms on the front, clunk almost gone like 99% gone. Some very low speed ones still, But I think I see the upper control arms are just a bit loose. And it probably wouldn't hurt to do the sway bar links and bushings. They don't feel as tight as I think they should feel.
But my main issue is the rear of the car. after I got the front back up to snuff, the rear feels like it is fish tailing very slightly. I am very very particular. So I checked it out yesterday and I do have one rod or component that has play in the bushings. I have it pictured here. It is the arm that goes toward the front of the car. Both ends bushings have play and need to be replaced. The bushing on the wheel hub area looks to be in the hub itself.
I can't find these parts on Rock Auto... Here is my picture of my problem. Where do I get parts for these? Are they Lexus only kinda things?
I tried to point at it with the photo bucket program. I think you get the idea
Here is what I found doing a quick search. http://www.lexussouthatlantaparts.co...ize/483012.jpg
Looks like I need 48780A and then then bushing that it goes through on the spindle N01? 42305 / 42304.
I do need this for both sides of the car as both are loose.
Any other things or suggestions you experts have? I just need some help sourcing the parts. I would like to not have to press bushings in and out. but will if need be. In other words I don't mind spending more money to just bolt them in. Do you all think I am on the right track? Anyone experienced this before?

Okay so I am currently digging a bit more, so thanks for your patience. I found this awesome link. This looks like what I need.
http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/suspe...abushings.html
In his 2nd picture. I need that whole arm or that bushing in that arm as well. Where do I get that? Ebay amazon?
So searching that number he references here. Found this on amazon. I think this is what I need?
https://www.amazon.com/Lexus-90-2000.../dp/B00CO6Q322 \n
So amazon gives me some suggestions and has this kit as well. What are these bushings for? Sorry I don't know the terminology for this car and its suspension.

Any recommendations on replacing both bushings with Adus parts. I found another thread here several years old, that showed the adus part numbers for various rear suspension components.
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...l#&gid=1&pid=3
here is an amazon page with those adus parts. Any inputs on if I should get those bushings as well or should I just get the Lexus arms and press in the adus 505's in the spindle..
Replacing the bushings will save me over 200 in parts. But that may be much easier.

Thanks billy. I will have to do both bushings on that rear strut bar. The one built into the bar is loose as well as the one in the spindle. I may give it a whirl to replace both with the adus units. The 505's for the spindle and the 5056 for the arm itself.
Unless someone has any bad experience with this. The other option is to buy the arm with bushing from Lexus and then the adus 505 for the spindle.

So I got some parts ordered and here. I went ahead and got both swar bar bushings and end links on the front and rear, as I feel a bit more movement then I want. I also got some new upper control arms for the front as I feel a bit of movement on the rear most top bushing. Interesting on the MOOG parts where they are made. The box on one was labeled China but the part itself was JAPAN. So none of the MOOG parts were China. So I feel better about that. The ADUS parts are pictured as well for the rear bushings that are worn the most on mine. Enjoy some pics.
Some glamor shots after I got my sealant put on

Thanks Billy! I really like this car as well. Every time I drive it, it just makes me smile. It is a true gem of a car. I still haven't put on the other suspension parts as they aren't terrible right now. The rear ones I will tackle first as they are the worst.
But this car is just a joy to drive. Love driving it after driving my truck, which I have set up exactly the way I want it! The truck just drives like a truck should. It is perfect. The truck is my main family hauler. Super comfy on our 2,998 mile road trip this summer. I thought about missing my exit so we could hit the 3k mark, but the kids were done and so were my wife and I. The car is the opposite, but drives just like a luxury car should. Love the Big V8 in my truck, that is like a hot rod, pushing 440 HP and 480 ftlbs after the exhaust and tune. Quite Borla Exhaust, zero drone but sounds great when you get on it. The car I absolutly love the V8 buttery smooth ride and engine. Best of both worlds.
