Mine had the entire ECM replaced which is awesome and also had the entire power steering pump replaced as well

I bought a ten year old Lexus last year and found all its service records there. I have since changed timing belt, water pump etc... at a small independent and added all that to the records/history myself. Its a great perk that Lexus offers.
