97 LS 400 182,000. At slow speed I hear a clicking sound. Goes away upon acceleration.
Possible wheel bearing? Thanks for any feedback.

Well, I know it is not a CV joint. ;-)
An easy thing to consider is that a stick-on wheel balancing weight may have come loose a little and is touching the caliper once per revolution at lower speeds. At higher speed, the centrifugal force would hold it in place better, eliminating the interference.
If you jack the car to get the wheel off the ground, and spin it by hand, it should be very obvious whether my guess is correct or not.

Had this happen after a new tire install... seems the weight they used on the inside of the rim was too big and hitting the brake caliper every time it went around. May not be your issue, but certainly can happen. I've seen it, er, rather heard it.

Thanks all, it's my daughters car and I don't drive it often so out of sight out of mind I guess. I plan on having it up this week and will get a better look. Thanks!

i had a similar issue when my valve stem nut fell off inside the wheel/tire (on my aftermarket wheels) and clanged around until the car was moving fast enough to where the centrifugal force held the nut against the tire, eliminating the sound.
i second the jacking up the wheel, spinning, and listening for the same sound. remove the center cap (if you have them) and listen for the sound too.
