Depends on the type of switch, it's either a "close on low" or "open on low" type switch. One you can unplug to get rid of the light, the other you have to jump with a wire across the plug.
Either should be an easy fix, unless it is a resistance type sensor, then it is a bit more complicated....

I definitly want to keep all teh features. I shall give that a try. But i need to drive the car 500 miles this weekend and dont have time to meddle with taking the arm out. Where is that connector located to unplug?

I would fill the washer bottle up full with white vinegar and leave it for a few hours, and then stick hose down there and wash out the vinegar, then it will likely be working

I'm not overly familiar with the washer fluid sensor on the LS's, but i know on some cars it is simply a plastic float with a magnet on it or something, and that in time, sometimes it develops a leak and sinks to the bottom of the tank, therefore making it think that it is always empty.
You may be able to take the sensor out, dry the float out, and give it a light coating of something to re-seal it.

unplug it to kill the light.
The LS has a foam float and over the years it becomes saturated. I keep an eye on my fluids so I don't care about something as non-critical as a washer level sensor and never bothered to fix it.
IIRC you can get the whole washer bottle (sans electrical components but with the level sensor gear) for like $50 from lexus, new.
