VSC Problems...
I recently hit a rope wire fence in my 'late '98 LS400. Damaged the front R/H guard and suspension. This has all been fixed. The shop that fixed it said yesterday that when he drove my car home, the VSC light flashed with beeping sounds.... then shortly after on an expressway, it powered down to 80kmh... then to 60kmh, then on a sweeping bend the brakes began to apply.
He stopped for a while, then drove the car slowly home and left it.
Anybody got any suggestions ?

VSC problems
I checked the diagnostic manual... the one with 1,200 codes... and I came to a page to explained that if the ECU or the VSC or battery had been disconnected for any length of time, they will need to be 'zero calibrated' . To do this, turn the ignition on for 30 seconds .. After 15 sec, CHECK VSC comes on... VSC OFF comes on then VSC ON comes on. The computer should now have reset itself.
This seems to have worked as there is now no problems with VSC.... Woo Hoo...
