noise drivers side by cams

I had a dull clicking noise coming from the area by the upper cam cover.(drivers side).The engine stopped, now, engine would run for less that five second. When starting there is a very loud noise metal on metal. I had the timing belt replaced 6,000 miles ago. 1999 LS 400, 210,000 miles.

for the love of god stop trying to start it and have it towed to the shop that did the timing belt work, sounds like they screwed something up bad...
