Has Anyone had problems with water in the Headlights?

I rencenly installed an hid kit in my stock housings and needed to cut the rubber dust/water gaurd that surrounds the low and high beams. I just widened the hole for the low beam and now it isnt sealed.
Has anyone had condensation or other water related problems from a similar situation?

When i bought my car the left side-light was a aquarium. I just drilled 2 holes in the bottom haha. Problem gone ! no more water or fog inside.
I wont worry to much about, time will learn right?

moisture may enter in due to the bulbs not being sealed against the housing. this is typical with HID bulb upgrades. folks with aquariums have a bigger problem like an actual crack or hole in the housing. drilling drain holes is a quick remedy but not a longer term fix. you don't want moisture or dust in the headlights at all, esp on the bulbs themselves! they will not last long. the housings DO have vent holes to vent the heat off the bulbs.
with that said, my HID bulbs don't seal properly either on my 97 but i don't get water in the lights. make sure that the engine bay or hood is sealed properly as to not letting water into the back of the headlights. i drove through heavy rain with no water intrusion. obviously make sure you cover the holes before spraying down your engine bay for cleaning.
